• Jaret "Jay" Sanchez (He/Him)

    PRESIDENT
    Jaret was born and raised in the village of Talo’fofo. Through his 10-year career as a flight attendant, he has been able to obtain first-hand knowledge of different LGBTQIA+ experiences around the world and how other places and people are supporting the queer community. He will apply that knowledge and experience to his work as the President of Equality Guam

    VICE-PRESIDENT
    With a master’s of arts in teaching and his work as an educator in the Guam Department of Education, writer, chandler, and life-long student, has dedicated the work of his career to multiple local nonprofits and public schools. He aspires to merge craft, culture, and community into creation as the Vice-President of Equality Guam

  • Roquin-Jon Quichocho Siongco (They/He)

    DIRECTOR OF EVENTS
    Roquin is Gela', born and raised in Yigu. Having achieved their bachelor's in ethnobotany from The Evergreen State College, they returned to engage with the people of Guam to practice inafa'maolek. They express their passion for the CHamoru culture and Queer community through their art, workshops, and position as Event Director of Equality Guam.

  • Calen Michel Meno

    PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGER

    Calen is a queer CHamoru woman born and raised in Guam. She is passionate about LGBTQIA+ advocacy. In middle school, Calen Michel realized she was queer and became aware of how the world treats individuals who stray from the “norm.” Ever since then, she chooses to be an advocate for LGBTQIA+ rights and to educate others about being queer, and will bring that passion as the Public Relations Manager of Equality Guam.
